Introduction to Meditation Series

The research is in; Meditation and Mindfulness are now widely accepted for their benefits in health, wellbeing and happiness. 

We know that regular meditation can:
* Lower blood pressure
* Increase energy
* Improve sleep
* Improve concentration, calm and reduce stress.

If you want the benefits, start from the beginning. Our Introduction to Meditation Series is a 4 week x 1 hour course, designed to introduce you to different methods of meditation (including guided relaxation, music meditation & breath meditation) with the aim of finding the right method for you to establish your own regular meditation practice.

Our Meditation Series will be taught by the delightful Roz Hammond. Roz has been practicing for over 16 years and has experienced the profound effects of a regular yoga and meditation practice in all aspects of her life - particularly in balancing the ups and downs of life as a freelance actor and writer!
